1st 1st Bahamas No restriction: Bahamas is open to international flights from every country. All passengers arriving after 07 July must provide a test result that is no more than seven days old. Travelers are also required to upload an electronic Health Visa prior to departure. All passengers must apply at travel.gov.bs {click on the International Tab} for a Bahamas 
Health Visa and upload a COVID 19 test which displays the following characteristics: RT PCR test (not an antigen test nor an antibody test) 
 A negative result. 
 Valid for 10 days from the date the specimen was provided. 
 Name and address of the accredited lab where test was performed. 
 All arrivals will be placed in mandatory quarantine (at either a designated Government facility or approved accommodation ) at their own expense for 14 days Everyone must install the HubbCat app on phone for contact tracing purposes At the end of the 14-day quarantine period, another RT-PCR COVID 19 molecular test is required for anyone who is continuing their stay in The Bahamas. Persons in mandatory quarantine, wishing to leave the country before the expiration of the fourteen day mandatory quarantine period, can do so at any time without the need to perform another COVID 19 test once they inform the COVID Enforcement Unit. 
 All commercial and private aircraft transporting passengers on a domestic interisland flight from one unrestricted island to another unrestricted island are currently prohibited unless the passengers obtain a Bahamas Health Visa and unless the passengers adhere to the fourteen day quarantine requirements upon arrival. 2nd 2nd Tanzania, United Republic of Tanzanian authorities have recently lifted restrictions on international commercial flights and systematic quarantine measures imposed on passengers. All scheduled and unscheduled flights are free to arrive and depart. Only symptomatic passengers will be placed in quarantine, unless they have proof of a negative test. 3rd 3rd Dominican Republic No restrictions. All passengers who wish to enter the country must show proof of a negative PCR (or Polymerase Chain Reaction) test result, no older than five days before their arrival date. If no proof of testing is available, government personnel will perform a quick test at no additional cost to the passenger. In addition, a health evaluation is conducted upon arrival and those passengers who present symptoms or whose test results are positive will be isolated and attended at authorized locations. The rapid diagnostic test provides reliable results through blood serology analysis in less than 10 minutes. Passengers younger than five years and crew members are exempted of this requirement. In addition, airport terminals have established guidelines requiring social distancing as well as the mandatory use of face masks for employees and passengers. As part of immigration and customs forms provided by the airline or by Dominican authorities, passengers will be required to fill out and submit a Traveler’s Health Affidavit. All passengers must complete the passenger information form when arriving in Turkey. All passengers will undergo a medical examination and all passengers showing symptoms will have tests performed. 8th 4th Lebanon Rafic Hariri International Airport reopened on 1 July 2020 to International flights and is operating at 10 percent of its capacity 14-day quarantine is not mandatory for all. But passengers are grouped into countries that have PCR tests and countries that do not have PCR tests. For the former, a PCR test must have been conducted within 96 hours of travel and a second PCR test has to be carried out at the airport. If negative, the passengers are free to move. 10th 10th Saint Lucia All airports are open to incoming and outgoing flights. Beginning July 9, travelers will be required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test within seven days before their arrival and complete a pre-arrival registration form. They will also have to undergo a temperature check upon arrival. Anyone who arrives without a test will be isolated and required to take one and remain in isolation until their results return. Travelers who test positive for COVID-19 will be transferred to a Respiratory Hospital for treatment and care, at their own cost. St. Lucia has also enacted a “travel bubble,” which allows travelers from certain countries to bypass the testing requirements. These countries include Antigua, Barbuda, Aruba, Anguilla, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Monsterrat, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Martin, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Martin, Trinidad and Tobago and Turks and Caicos. Anyone who has been in one of these areas for the 14 days prior to their arrival in St. Lucia will also be exempt from COVID-19 testing. 12th 11th Uzbekistan international flights with restrictions based on the country of departure's epidemic situation for non-essential travel. In the coming days, from the funds of Safe Tourism foundation of Uzbekistan, foreign tourists will be paid compensation payments in the amount of 3 thousand US dollars in case of infection with coronavirus (COVID-19) during the trip on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The 3,000 US dollars compensation payout is subject to certain conditions, however. Any tourists who happen to come down with Covid-19 will need to have been traveling with a local tour guide, who will be certified in safety and hygiene guidelines. Tourist sites and accommodation will also be required to gain certification from the government to ensure that they’re meeting the new standards of sanitary and epidemiological safety. Green flights: The category of countries with stable sanitary and epidemiological situation (Green flights) includes Japan, South Korea, China and Israel. If those arriving from these countries stayed there for 14 days, then upon arrival they will not be quarantined. Yellow flights: The category of countries where the incidence of COVID-19 is declining – the European Union, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore (Yellow flights). If those arriving from these countries stayed there for 14 days, then they will be quarantined at home (self-quarantine). Red flights: Other countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Russia and other CIS countries (Red, Evacuation flights) are in the category of countries where the number of cases of coronavirus is not decreasing.
