8th Lebanon Rafic Hariri International Airport reopened on 1 July 2020 to International flights and is operating at 10 percent of its capacity 14-day quarantine is not mandatory for all. But passengers are grouped into countries that have PCR tests and countries that do not have PCR tests. For the former, a PCR test must have been conducted within 96 hours of travel and a second PCR test has to be carried out at the airport. If negative, the passengers are free to move. For the countries without PCR test facility, a PCR test will be conducted upon arrival and another one after 72 hours and if both tests are negative, passengers do not have to quarantine.
