These requirements are not extended to holders of Cambodian diplomatic visa (Visa A) and official visa (Visa B). There are additional costs involved for those who test positive including 1500 USD for cremation. For Cambodian passport holders, the requirement for the Health Certificate indicating a COVID-19 negative status for air passengers is lifted. For Cambodian who traveled with a foreign Passport: the requirement for the Health Insurance and medical deposit of 3,000 USD has been lifted. However, they are required to possess Health Certification indicating a Covid-19 negative result, issued by competent health authorities of their residing country within 72 hours of the time of departure. Upon arrival in Cambodia, all travelers have to quarantine for 14 days. All travelers also must undergo a COVID-19 test and wait to receive laboratory results. In the event one or more travelers of a flight test positive for COVID-19, all accompanying passengers will be subject to a 14-day quarantine at a location designated by Cambodian authorities. If all travelers test negative, health authorities will ask travelers to self-isolate for 14-days at their home under the supervision of local authorities and health officials. Health authorities will then oversee another COVID-19 test on the 13th day of self-isolation.
