19th Latvia Nationality: citizens and residents of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are allowed. All persons arriving in Latvia shall perform 14 days of self-isolation at the place of residence, with the exception of people travelling from Lithuania and Estonia. Captain of aircraft shall ensure that all passengers arriving at aerodromes fill out mandatory COVID-19 virus information form available upon request from the Ministry of Transport. Crew shall observe passengers during the flight and in case of signs of Covid-19 disease shall inform the captain about the number of potentially sick passengers about 40 minutes before landing, who shall inform the air traffic control.
