In Harbin, Suifenhe and Guilin city - 28 days of quarantine for all arrivals from abroad (14-day quarantine at a designated place and 14-day quarantine at home), with two nucleic acid tests and an antibody test. For travellers, whose destination is not Suifenhe but immigrated from Suifenhe, should first finish a 14-day quarantine, following which they will do another 7-day quarantine in their own destination city. Then, they need to do another mandatory 14-day quarantine at home. So, it can be regarded as a specific requirement of 35 days quarantine for travellers whose destination is out of Suifenhe.
